National Pancake Week // My Favorite Pancake Recipes

It’s National Pancake Week!  To celebrate, add pancakes to your weekly menu.  To avoid the additives and preservatives from a store bought mix, make one from scratch at home.  It’s easier than you think!  To get started, give one of my favorite pancake recipes a try.  Go light on the syrup and top them with berries or peanut butter for added nutrition.  Enjoy!
