I gave Red Potato salad a try. Potato salad is a common dish at many family picnics and barbecues. Using yogurt adds extra nutrition. I used Greek yogurt and it worked well. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup mayo and 1 cup yogurt. Follow the recipe or leave out the mayo and use 1 1/4 cups yogurt instead. Enjoy!
