Canned Peaches – Five Ways // Peach Sauce

Did you know that canned peaches are right up to par with fresh peaches when it comes to nutritional value? Something so good for you shouldn’t taste so good! It is nice to know that when fresh peaches aren’t in season, the canned variety still provides your body with needed nutrients. They are delicious right out of the can, or prepared in a recipe. Be sure to pick cans that are unsweetened, packed in water, or 100 % fruit juice.

I was craving something sweet, so I made Peach Sauce. With two ingredients and 20 minutes, you can create yourself a fruity dessert!
