If you don’t have tomatoes growing in your garden, check the farmers market, or shop for locally grown produce at the grocery store. If you think you don’t like tomatoes, I challenge you to give them another try. There’s nothing quite like a fresh tomato right off the vine.
Cherry tomatoes are my favorite variety. When I harvest them fresh from my garden, or have a neighbor share their crop, my mouth waters in anticipation. After I’ve enjoyed them fresh, I’ll throw some into a recipe. Parmesan Zucchini Tomato Pasta is a favorite of mine.
