Cauliflower is for more than just a veggie tray! Be brave, branch out, and try to do something new. Cauliflower rice is a quick and easy side dish you can add to many meals. To make riced cauliflower, put small pieces of cauliflower in a food processor or blender. Process until the cauliflower is really small – similar to grains of rice, but don’t over chop or your cauliflower rice will be mushy. With your cauliflower riced, you can roast it, using any flavor combination you like.
