Visit your local farmers market this week and look for Swiss chard or pick some up at the grocery store. Choose greens with fresh, full leaves. Avoid any brown, yellow, spotted, or slimy leaves. You can store Swiss chard in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for about 5 days. Before you use them, give them good wash. Enjoy!
