Recipe Breakdown

Start by washing and dicing your mushrooms. If you purchased whole garlic, wash and mince that as well.

Chopped mushrooms

Add 1-2 teaspoons of oil to your skillet. Allow a minute or two for it to heat up, then add your mushrooms.

Cook until the mushrooms are slightly shrunked and browned.

Add spinach, garlic, salt and pepper to the pan. Within a minute or two the spinach will wilt and the garlic will become fragrant.
