Weekly Physical Activity Planner // Your Choice, Your Move

It is recommended for adults to be active for at least 150 minutes a week or 30 minutes 5 days per week. It is also recommended to perform activities that move your muscles at least 2 days per week.

If your preferred from of physical activity is a bit more vigorous such as jogging 6 miles per hour, carrying heavy loads, or playing a fast paced sport you’ll receive the same benefits in half the time! You only need 75 minutes a week of vigorous physical activity.
